About Current Case

Why We’re Calling for Action

  • Natosi Summers pled no contest to felony criminal endangerment, a plea carrying the same felony conviction and sentencing weight as a guilty plea.

  • He fled the state for five years, avoiding accountability while families and survivors fought for justice.

  • Three young women were assaulted that night. Two survived.  One Kaysera Stops Pretty Places did not.

  • Big Horn County has one of the highest rates of violence against Indigenous women and girls in the nation. We cannot stay silent.
